Be far too hyper for their own good?: Perhaps Harley, in her Ricky personality. If you you mean it in a bloodthirsty and viscious kid of way...

Get lung cancer?: Lady Veyda. There's all these smokers around. But she'd just get it cured.

Luke Sky Walker
Old WoD Mage, tabletop: She was my first character. I was 14, which is all you need to know to explain the name. Fabulously wealthy Virtual Adept with a bionic arm, Her husband was murdered pre-game by what turned out to be recurring villians. More tragedy ensued with her mentor, and then his family, getting killed.
Harley (aka Quinn/Ricky/Beth).
Old WoD Vampire, LARP: Malkavian with split personality. Embraced at 14. Calm, sadistic Quinn, bloodthirsty Ricky, and little-girl Beth. Did some fairly horrible things before succumbing to her Dark Fate as an elder Malk possessed her and exploded her into shrapnel.
Elizabeth Shaheen
Old WoD Vampire, LARP: 15th generation, pregnant, devout Muslim, with buckets of Insight and high humanity. Muddled through trying to figure out what Allah wanted before dying messily.
Jane Doe
Old WoD Mage, LARP: Verbena, ugly, scarred, wary of people. Passionate about Ascension in her own way, but sometimes as much wold as human.
Twilight
Old WoD Vampire, LARP: Sabbat, 14th gen with a private discipline that allowed her to walk on walls, ceilings, etc. by rearranging gravity. Lesbian, stripper, more disgruntled than properly evil.
Carlota Alegria Garcia de Sevilla
Old WoD Vampire, LARP: Tremere, former Sabbat (back 600 years ago...), 'reformed' and kept around for her oracular abilities.
Melissa
Old WoD Mage, LARP: 15, brilliant, but with the naivete of a much younger child. She used mind magic to keep her parents, schoolmates and everything else around her nice and G-rated, and believed her magic came from fairies. Which all went a bit mad when the Technocracy took away her life.
Verity
Old WoD Vampire, LARP: 15th gen, pregnant, fairly traumatized, but surprisingly steady for it. A devout Christian, she believed that everything that had happened was part of God's plan. (This was a bit of a reprise of Elizabeth Shaheen, whose story I didn't get to finish satisfactorily.)
Yvonne d'Herst
Dark Ages Vampire, LARP: Tzimisce, proud, a bit cold. Very establishment, and a strong believer in the divine right of kings. Though she also has a few ideas about the rights of vassals...
Lady Evageline Deronda
Cthulu, tabletop: Wealthy, cold-hearted dilettante. Her treatment of her 5 year old son has increased the amount of horror in the game far more than it should (Mummy can't spend Christmas with you. She has to go to Italy.) Very good with a shotgun...
Suzanne
Modern Mystics, tabletop: Self-centered teenager with game-based magic. Thinks she's a rebel, mostly she's a brat. Basically well-intentioned though.
Anne
Buffy, tabletop: Slayer from 1896, hurled 100 years into the future. Half-white, half-Apache, with major trust issues and a fondness for liquor. And thorough incompetence with modern technology.
Lady Veyda
Warhammer 40K, tabletop: Rather odd, Void-born psycher. Nobility on her ship, now wandering about trying to stop the heretics with the rest of the Inquisitor's minions.
Maya
New WoD Vampire, LARP: Ancient gypsy witch. Embraced a couple of hundred years ago, she thinks this whole vampire thing is incredibly annoying. And that anyone who gets into the whole 'woe is me' or 'ultimate predator' thing needs to get over themselves and start acting like a decent human being. Who happens to be under a curse.
