so, in comments, tell me how you would remember me... a memory, a moment, a something that you think of when you think of me.
then leave this in your journal so i can exact my revenge...

My mistress' eyes are nothing like the sun;
Coral is far more red than her lips' red;
If snow be white, why then her breasts are dun;
If hairs be wires, black wires grow on her head.
I have seen roses damasked, red and white,
But no such roses see I in her cheeks,
And in some perfumes is there more delight
Than in the breath that from my mistress reeks.
I love to hear her speak, yet well I know
That music has a far more pleasing sound.
I grant I never saw a goddess go;
My mistress when she walks treads on the ground.
And yet, by heaven, I think my love as rare
As any she belied with false compare.

Poetry can many things.
Painful in so many ways...

But I liked sitting on the floor, reciting poetry. So La!
I am very glad not to have to write essays!

You want a single memory? Out of nine years?

So: perhaps the second time I met you. I had just arrived at the cabin- my second year, and I was staying for two weeks that time. And had chosen my bunk, and was setting things up . . . you were seated on your bunk if I recall rightly, one of those metal-tube constructions, and I remember very clearly reading your nametag. And thinking back to the previous year, how one of my cabinmates had been a 'Pam' also . . . I think you were reading, but it's hard to recall for certain because what I remember best is the bunk beds, and the poster I had just bought, and hooking my towel over the top bunk trying to make myself a nice, cozy cave, and the fact that I had no idea that one the best friends I have ever and will ever had was sitting no more than five feet away from me . . .

I remember being at Tuesday IFIS. I think it was the first time we really spoke to each other. You explained, with great enthusiasm, the idea of monkey bombs.

make sure the rope is long enough. otherwise you've just invented monkey stun grenades.
