4 cups green beans cut into one-inch pieces
1 can of red kidney beans
1 can haricot beans or chickpeas
1/2 cup red pepper
cover with french dressing or oil and vinegar and marinate for at least two hours or overnight. really lovely with crusty bread as a cold lunch
