update, ramblings

noedenseve is my hero. thankyouthankyouthankyou, i promise to do something nice to make up for waking you with panic phone calls.
item two: thursday's game was absolutely awesome.
more thank yous to everyone who RPed with me as Harley and made the run as that character so awesome, and especially for the last game.
dark fate can indeed be cool.
as culimnation of many months of plot--which began the second game in DC, Harley, aka Quinn (or Ricky, or Beth), blew up. spontaneous vampiric combustion--or not so spontaneous, but whatever.
i spent the last half of the night playing a character who knew she was dying and basically running in the face of absolutely certain defeat.
which is not something you do much in gaming.
for good reason, because mostly who wants to play a situation of being totally helpeless and unable to affect the outcome?
but, playing the dark fate flaw, with full OC knowledge of doing so, made such an amazing RP opportunity for both me and several other characters--i'm looking straight at yousheniver. so very, very cool.
and getting to do a full-scale malk meltdown of all three personalities, and fighting so hard even when there was nothing to do as i got eaten apart from the inside.
and the final moment of exploding all over elysium and having bone-shrapnel cause aggravated damage to bystanders--shiny.
and then i wandered around and watched people do amazing roleplay.
and aparently there were tons moe amazing plots and things going on (final death toll: 3, torpor: 2--WTF?!?) that i didn't get to see at all because i was too busy going nuts.
and before that the night even started well with amusing character interaction.
and at least pelles saved a thousand bucks--you don't have to pay a dead girl. ;)
item three: i think my brain might explode with the amount of work i have to do.
item four: i want to plot and write character fics instead of doing real work. but i am resisting.
item five: this time next week i will be in the uk withurizen. mew.
