(no subject)

so my state governor has recently resigned 'cause he's gay. or rather, because he was having a homosexual affair and is about to get sued for sexual harassment. and now lots of people are going to feel bad for him and make this all about having to hide your identity to be in politics, etc. which it is, to some extent. but that doesn't change the fact that the guy gave his lover government positions for which he was completely unqualified (a non-citizen can't be director of homeland security because he is not allowed to have the clearance) plus very high salaries. and is now facing sexual harassment charges. or the fact that i didn't like him as governor anyway--and neither did lots of new jerseyans--his approval ratings were abysmal. or the fact that his administration was surrounded by corruption scandals.

just thought i'd ramble a bit.
